Cardio HIIT Aerobics Workout for Beginners & Seniors // All Standing & Low Impact!
Let's get our blood pumping with this quick and effective cardio aerobics workout! All exercises are standing and low impact. Each move is set to a 45 second timer then we recover for 15 seconds in which I will demonstrate the next move. There are no repeats and most exercises are combinations which keeps it from getting boring and the time will fly by!
Movements are also set to the beat of the music, but please go at your own pace if I am moving too fast for you. You Do You :)

    Loved it! I'm 60 years old and teach school. I used to do Pilates on a reformer and loved it, but time and money became a factor. This is such a great way to do this at home on my own. Thank you!

    Lauren - So many workouts, so little time! You continue to crush it lady, with excellent choices for all of us, no matter what our age or shape.
